WYNDD's full time staff are dedicated to identifying, evaluating and monitoring rare and endemic taxa  and natural plant communities and their specific occurrences in Wyoming. Additionally, they provide a critical source of new data on Wyoming's rare and vulnerable species necessary for assigning the Heritage State Rank.
