   This 4-credit, upper division course with a laboratory covers the biology of immune system, cellular and molecular mechanisms of immunity,  host resistance to infectious agents, as well as hypersensitivities, autoimmunity, tumor and tissue rejection. Includes laboratory for immunological techniques.  The instructor is Dr. Lee Belden, who is a comparative immunologist.

Audience: Pre-Vet, Pre-Med and Biology majors
