UW Graduate Students Honored for Research Presentations |

May 2, 2006 -- University of Wyoming graduate students were honored for their research achievements by entering the top poster or presenting the best oral summaries during UW's recent Graduate School Symposium.
Students presented research findings within life sciences, physical sciences/engineering, humanities/fine arts/education, or social sciences. The proceedings will be published, giving the students an opportunity to build their resumes and increase their chances for employment.
"The symposium provided graduate students a forum to enhance their presentation skills in a professional environment, and offered an opportunity for the public and university community to see the quality of the diverse research being conducted on campus," says Don Roth, dean of the Graduate School.
