N-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids and Human Health Disease - WYO-376-02

 

Current consumer intake of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs) does not ensure optimal health. Nutrition professionals are in need of guidance regarding the benefits and sources of n-3 PUFAs, to effectively educate consumers. This project will provide needed information for nutrition professionals on the benefits and sources of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids for optimal human health.
