Online Forms

To park in a permit parking space a valid parking permit must be displayed.  The University of Wyoming has adopted a color-coded parking permit/sign system.  Faculty, Staff and students can obtain permits, forms, and information at the Transit & Parking Services department.  Employees and other qualified personnel may purchase permits by taking advantage of several options (payment in full, payroll deduction, pre-tax basis, post-tax basis).  To utilize pre-tax payroll deduction, the permit application must be received by the Transit & Parking Services department no later than August 20, 2006.  The Payroll Office (located in Old Main, Room 107, 766-2217) should be contacted for specific payroll deduction procedures.

	"M" Permits are free with the purchase of an "A", "R", or "C" Permit.  Permit is valid only in designated "M" parking areas. "M" permitted vehicles may not be parked or operated on campus sidewalks or be placed in bicycle racks.
Vendor Off-campus vendors, delivery personnel or other commercial enterprises	V	$132	$66	$66	$11/month
	"V" Permit allows a vehicle to park in "A", "C", and "R" spaces. Permit may be purchased on a monthly bases for $10/month.
Contractor Off-campus contractors and construction workers	Contractor	$132	$66	$66	$11/month
	Contractor Permit allows construction workers' personal and company vehicles to park on campus in designated spaces. Permits are issued by TransPark once an application has been approved by Facilities Engineering and/or Facilities Planning.
Day Anyone parking on short-term basis	$4/day. A Day Permit may be purchased at TransPark, the Wyoming Student Union, or the Visitor's Center and is valid in "A", "C", and "R" spaces. A Day Permit is also valid in "accessible" spaces with a state issued disability placard or a disability license plate. Motorcycles are not eligible. Day permits purchased in quantities of 10 or more by UW departments or outside groups are $2/day for each vehicle.
U UW, government or private vehicles providing maintenance or deliveries	No charge. Applications for a "U" Permit must be submitted to the Parking & Traffic Advisory Group. This permit will allow a vehicle to be parked in "A", "C", "R", "U", and in loading/unloading zones for the specified time limit. This permit does not allow a vehicle to parking in an "accessible" space or in front of a painted curb.
TD Individuals with medical verification or evidence of a temporary disability	Faculty/Staff $11/month, Students $10/month.  There is no charge for a "TD" Permit if a valid parking permit has previously been purchased.  "TD" Permits are valid in any "accessible", "A", "C", or "R" parking space for the duration of the disability.
Temporary Permits: to be issued by TransPark for special circumstances.
