Information for Beginners

The UW String Project announces openings for 3rd and 4th grade beginners on violin, viola and cello
 

Cost: $60 per semester
includes a $5 registration fee and $5 materials fee
(Instrument rental is extra)

Informational Meeting for Students and Parents:
Wednesday, September 30
7:00 pm
Fine Arts Concert Hall

At this meeting we will:
• register students
• measure students for instrument size
• introduce staff and college student- teachers
• explain schedule and format of the program
• answer questions about the String Project and music study

A representative of Yocum Music will be on hand to rent instruments at registration

Students attend classes on Tuesday and Friday afternoons, either at 3:30 or 4:30. See “Class Times and Locations” for details.
