Outstanding Staff Employee of the Quarter

One of the most important aspects of job satisfaction is peer recognition, so we encourage you to make it a point to help us identify those people who do an outstanding job. Talk about it with your co-workers. Perhaps get a few people together in your work area and collectively identify those who make a positive difference at UW. Nominees can be any UW benefited staff employee, and must receive three nomination forms from three separate individuals. We encourage nominators to please use the nomination forms instead of letters, and to please coordinate the submission of these three forms.

The purpose and history of this award: The Outstanding Staff Employee of the Quarter award recognizes UW Staff for their efforts towards excellence in the workplace. Established in March 1985 to recognize outstanding staff as the employee of the month award, it was revised into the current program in January 1990.

Nominees can be any UW staff employee and must receive THREE nomination forms from three separate individuals. Nominations must be submitted to the Staff Senate office.
