TRACKING PACKAGES

Ø      I want to track the package that I am sending out, how do I do this?

Ø      I was expecting my package a long time ago, is it lost; how can I find out?

Ø      I am expecting a package soon, can I ask S&R to call me when it comes in?

 

TRACKING PACKAGES

Ø      I want to track the package that I am sending out, how do I do this?

o       The best way to track a package is under “remarks” on the Shipping Request, ask that the tracking number be sent to e-mail address: ______.

Ø      I was expecting my package a long time ago, is it lost; how can I find out?

o       Call the vendor and get the tracking number.  Track the package on-line (links to the right).  Then call S&R with the information.  The tracking number is the most important!

Ø      I am expecting a package soon, can I ask S&R to call me when it comes in?

o       No – S&R will not call you when a package arrives, there are to many requests for this and it would be impossible to call everyone that a package has arrived.

o       Call S&R between 11:30 and 12:00 to see if your package has arrived.  If it has you may ask for it to be pulled from the “delivery” route so you can pick it up if you wish.
