INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES

Ø      Will my package get there overnight?  top

o       No – there is no such thing as overnight, even to Canada!

Ø      Is Canada and Mexico considered international?  top

o       Yes – and the package does have to go through customs.

Ø      What is the difference send a package Priority or Economy?  top

o       For simplicity:  Priority means Airplane, Economy means Boat!

Ø      Who pays for the Taxes and Duties?  top

o       The receiver does.  If you want to pay the taxes and duties, make sure you state so in the remarks section of the Shipping Request.

Ø      Can I send anything anywhere?  top

o       No – there are several different restrictions for different countries.  If this is the first time you are sending a package international, you may want to call and make sure that the country accepts it.

Ø      Can I just put my phone # for the international package?  top

o       No – the reason for the phone number is so that the delivery person can call the recipient if there is a problem with the packages such as delivery, damage, etc.
