Ø      Why is the bill from 2 months ago?

o       Carriers take a long time to bill.  Additional charges may apply to a package that takes up to 6 weeks to process.  Therefore, bills are sent out 45 after the end of the billing month.

Ø      My bill shows a charge for a package I know nothing about; what do I do?

o       Call Vicki at S&R, she can help you determine if it might have been a “collect” package, a returned package, or a package that someone in your department send out without your knowledge.

Ø      What are the “EC” or extra charge codes mean?

o       Look on the back of your bill for the EC charge codes.
