Ø      Can the carrier come to my building to pick up my freight?

o       No – carriers are not allowed on campus unless they are the direct vendor.

Ø      How do I get my freight once it arrives at S&R?

o       S&R will call you and ask where you want the freight.  S&R cannot take the pallet or box apart in order to get into a doorway, hallway, etc.  S&R will get the freight as close as possible.  You may need to call the movers to deliver, unpack, and place your package if it is large.
