RETENTION CRITERIA

FEDERAL AID

To retain federal aid such as Pell Grants, SEOG Grants, Work-Study allocations, Perkins Loans, Stafford Loans, and PLUS Loans, a recipient must continue to meet federal aid requirements and make satisfactory academic progress toward his/her degree. SCHOLARSHIPS

In general scholarship recipients are expected to maintain at least a 2.500 UW cumulative GPA and to complete a full-time course load of at least 12 credit hours each semester. Specific scholarship requirements vary from this standard, however.
