Scholarships
More than 850 different federal, state, institutional, and private programs; this aid does not have to be repaid, but may have a service commitment or require a certain level of performance; contact a financial aid adviser for additional details.

Federal Pell Grant
A grant for undergraduates who demonstrate financial need; does not have to be repaid.

Federal Supplemental (FSEOG) Grant
A grant for undergraduates who demonstrate exceptional financial need; does not have to be repaid.

Federal Work-Study
A program to provide on-campus and community service jobs for students with financial need; funds must be earned by working.

Federal Perkins Loan
A low-interest loan for students with financial need; this aid must be repaid to the University after leaving school.

Federal Stafford Loan
A federally-guaranteed student loan from a commercial lender; this aid must be repaid to the lender.

Federal Parent (PLUS) Loan
A federally-guaranteed loan from a commercial lender for a parent of a dependent undergraduate student; this aid must be repaid, beginning upon receipt.
