Beginning Summer 2010 the University of Wyoming will be switching from the Federal Family Education Loan Program to the Federal Direct Lending Program. If you are applying for a loan for the Summer 2010 or 2010-11 Academic Year please go to http://www.uwyo.edu/sfa/loans/ for information on how to apply.
Welcome to the University of Wyoming Student Loan Counseling page.
Students who borrow under the Federal Family Education Loan Program are required to complete counseling before receiving loan proceeds from their first loan and upon exiting the University.
You may select the appropriate counseling session by clicking on the graphic below. You will be asked to select Entrance Counseling or Exit Counseling. Please click the appropriate selection. If you have any questions as you complete the counseling requirements, you may contact the University of Wyoming Student Financial Aid Office at (307) 766-3886, or click on the "E-mail a Question" button on the counseling pages.
