Because it is never too early to think about next academic year’s living options, we are extending the opportunity for you, as a current resident, to choose the room you would like to live in before we assign any new freshmen. 

If you would like to choose the space you are currently living in, the process starts on December 3rd and continues through January 4th. If you retain a double room, even if you have it as a single now, it will revert to a double next year so you might want to wait and choose an available single during open room selection.

Open room selection begins January 5th at noon and continues through May 9th  and allows you to select any remaining available space. If you decide to live in the Residence Halls next year, we will guarantee you a designated single room if you request it, until March 20, 2009.

If you are interested in living on a specialty floor (Female Only, Male Only, Substance Free, etc.) please contact the Residence Life & Dining Services contract office for more information about their locations.

Beginning December 3rd you can login to our redesigned online application system using the username and password mailed to you in December. The rates shown during the online process are only estimates and finalized rates will be available on our website when they are approved by the Board of Trustees in the Spring Semester of 2009.  You may also visit our office in the lower level of Washakie Center during normal business hours if you prefer not to use the online process.
