Ordering a Cowboy Care Package:
To ensure the highest quality of products in your Cowboy Care Package, we request that a minimum of 72 hours notice be provided on all orders. Exceptions may be discussed with a Cowboy Care Package representative. Ordering is easy and there are several options available.

Visit us and place your order in person. The Cowboy Care Package program is provided through the Elements located on the upper level of the Washakie Center.
Payment
Options:
Please note that payment in full must
be received at the time a Cowboy Care Package order is placed. We accept
personal checks, MasterCard and Visa, and cash (when ordered on site).
Checks should be made payable to University of Wyoming Dining Services.
Pick-up
Information:
Orders will need to be picked up by the recipient in the
Elements in the Washakie Dining Center during operating hours.
Recipients of packages which require a pickup will be notified. The
department is not responsible for unclaimed packages.
In order to have adequate time to
prepare a quality product:
Orders placed on Thursday can be picked up on Monday.
Orders placed on Friday can be picked up on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Monday can be picked up on Wednesday.
Orders placed on Tuesday can be picked up on Thursday.
Orders placed on Wednesday can be picked up on Friday.
Cowboy Care Packages can NOT be picked up on weekends or holidays so please plan accordingly.
*We will attempt to contact the student if they do
not pick up their gift.
**Basket items are subject to availability.
Substitute items may be used.
