Assistant Director of Residence Life & Upper Class Retention

The Assistant Director provides administrative leadership to assure that University Apartments staff, programs, and operations contribute to a productive learning environment. The primary responsibility of the Assistant Director is to meet the needs of apartment residents.

Office Administrative Staff

The Office Associate and office staff assign the apartments and are responsible for processing the paperwork to check residents in and out of apartments. They are essential to your successful transition to your new home and are a tremendous wealth of information. They are responsible for day-to-day office operations, which include communication to students, faculty, staff, and their families.

Apartment Life Assistant (ALA)

The ALA is a leader among apartment residents and is responsible for the development of a community atmosphere to help residents gain a sense of pride and ownership in their living environment. ALAs are on call and can be reached through the apartments office during the workday or by cellular phone on weekends and evenings at 760-3130.

Graduate Assistant for Apartment Life

The Apartment Life Graduate Assistant supervises the Apartment Life Assistants, provides on-site leadership, maintains the on-call schedule for apartment life staff, and serves as a liaison for students and staff.
