Dining Room Gourmet Main Course Ideas

Chicken Parmesan

1 Chicken Breast (Grand Grill)

1 or 2 Ladles of Marinara Sauce (Fire & Ice)

1 Spoonful of Parmesan Cheese (Fire & Ice) OR

1 Slice Provolone Cheese (Sandwich Station

Top chicken breast with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.  If using provolone cheese, have the Sandwich Station attendant melt the cheese on top of the chicken and marinara using the oven.  Pair with a green salad (Lettuce n' Ladle) and break stick (Fire & Ice).

Ranch Linguine with Chicken

1 Serving Pasta (Fire & Ice)

1 Serving of Any Vegetable

2 Slices of Turkey, diced (The Sandwich Station)

1 Ladle of Ranch Dressing (Lettuce 'N' Ladle)

Parmesan Cheese (Fire & Ice)

Basil, as desired (Spice Rack)

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover loosely with a napkin.  Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds. Enjoy!!

Lasagna Pasta

1/2 Portion of Your Choice of Pasta (World of Flavors)

1/2 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese (Lettuce 'N' Ladle)

2 Ounces of Ground Beef or Sausage - when available (World of Flavors)

1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce (World of Flavors)

1 or 2 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese (The Sandwich Station)

2 Tablespoons of Shredded Cheddar Cheese - optional (Lettuce 'N' Ladle)

Spread marinara sauce over pasta.  Top with cottage cheese and beef or sausage.  Spread on more marinara.  Top with cheese.  Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.

Pineapple Chicken

1 Chicken Breast (Grand Grill)

Pineapple (Mongolian Grill)

Teriyaki Sauce (Mongolian Grill)

Brown Rice (Mongolian Grill)

Grill pineapple at the Mongolian Grill.  Place chicken on bed of rice and top with grilled pineapple.  Drizzle teriyaki sauce over the entire dish.

Mushrooms (Mongolian Grill)

Green Peppers (Mongolian Grill)

Onions (Mongolian Grill)

Chicken (Mongolian Grill)

Olives (Sandwich Station)

Tortilla (Sandwich Station)

Pizza Sauce (Sandwich Station)

Provolone Cheese (Sandwich Station)

Grill first four ingredients at the Mongolian Grill.  Have the Sandwich Station attendant top a tortilla with pizza sauce and cheese.  Added grilled vegetables, chicken, and olives.  Toast the pizza at the Sandwich Station.

Pasta (Fire & Ice)

Variety of Vegetables (Mongolian Grill)

Get marinara and pasta from the Fire & Ice Station.  Have your choice of vegetables grilled at the Mongolian Grill.  Add vegetables to the pasta and sauce.
