Campus Express Card

The Campus Express card is a very important accessory for UW students. The card is your key for accessing your residence hall, your entry card into the dining room, your library card, and the way to access your PLU$$ and debit accounts. To report a missing or stolen card, please contact the Campus Express Office at 766-5268 during normal business hours or the University Police at 766-5179 at all other times.

Deliveries

You should have all requested deliveries made to and picked up from the residence hall front desk. This includes, but is not limited to pizza, parcel packages, and flowers.

Voice Mail and Caller I.D.

Would you like to install Voice Mail and Caller I.D. on your phone line? Call UW Telecommunications at 307-766-4357.

Linens for your extra long bed

Wanting linens for your extra-long bed? Call Residence Hall Linens at 1-800-957-4338.

Lofting/Bunking Options

All residence hall beds have the ability and equipment necessary to be bunked. There are a limited number of loft kits that are also available.   No additional equipment is needed to bunk the beds except in Downey Hall.  In Downey Hall you may arrange for the equipment for your beds to be bunked once you arrive for check-in. 
Loft kits must be reserved via your contract for housing and meal plans.  If you have not reserved a kit then please email the Residence Life & Dining Services Department to do so.  There are a limited number of lofts and you may not receive a kit initially.  Redistribution of loft kits to those on the waiting list will take place shortly after the halls open.  For more information ask your RA when you check-in.

Purchase carpet for you room

Want to purchase carpet for your room? Call about carpets at 1-800-423-5809.  Remember all rooms in Downey, McIntyre, and Orr Halls are carpeted, as well as various rooms throughout the other residence halls.  To find out if your room has carpet please visit http://uwadmnweb.uwyo.edu/reslife-dining/halls/carpet.asp.

Computer/Internet Connection

Bringing a computer to campus? Wanting high-speed, always-on internet access in your room? Call the ResNet office at 307-766-2989 visit the web site at www.uwyo.edu/resnet or email resnet@uwyo.edu.

Bike Locker

Need a metal bike locker for storing your bike? Metal bike lockers are outside the halls and have limited availability. Call UW Vending Services at 307-766-4104.
