Room Amenities

All summer conference participants are housed in rooms within the University of Wyoming Residence Halls.  During the summer of 2006 Orr and Hill Halls will not be available due to renovations. 

The Washakie Halls

The Washakie Halls which include Downey, McIntyre, and White Halls, will be configured as double or single rooms.  Each room comes equipped with a sink, two desks, two chairs, two closets, beds in accordance with room configuration, and access to bathrooms.  Handicap accessible rooms are available in McIntyre Hall.

Crane - Hill Complex

Residential living space in Crane and Hill Halls will be configured as single, souble, or quad rooms for conference purposes.  Each room comes equipped with two desks, two chairs, beds in accordance with room configuration, and bathroom access.  Handicap accessible rooms are available in both Crane and Hill Halls.

Telephone Service

Phones are not provided with the rooms, but local phone service is available.  Conference attendees wishing to make local calls should consider bringing a phone. 

Internet Access

Internet is available upon the request of conference groups.  Linens can also be provided if requested by the conference group. 

Bed Linens

Linens consist of sheets, a light blanket, and a pillow. 

Laundry Facilities

Laundry facilities are available in the basement of each Residence Hall.  Conference attendees must provide their own laundry soap.

Mail service is available to conference attendees during their stay.  Mail should be sent to:
