Apartment Rental Payments

Deposit Payments

Students may pay their Residence Life & Dining Services application deposit in one of two ways:

  1. Pay online at https://commerce.cashnet.com/uw_apts

  2. Mail deposit payment in with application materials

 

Payment Procedures

Apartment furniture and rent payments are due on the first of the month to the Cashier's Office in Knight Hall.  Payment can also be mailed to:

**Unpaid rent will be charged to the resident's student account. 

 

Failure to Pay

Failure to pay rent is considered a breach of contract and the University Apartments Responsibilities and Rights, and could result in lockout from an apartment, late payment charges, eviction charges, collection agency fees, and/or eviction from University Apartments housing.

Special arrangements for delayed payments should be made in advance of the payment due date with the Accounts Receivable office (307-766-6232). Late payments may incur a fee.

The resident agrees to all charges arising from failure to pay rent according to this contract.
