Assigned Roommate Apartment Options in the Landmark Complex
A limited number of furnished
two-bedroom apartments in the Landmark complex have been designated
as "assigned roommate apartments". Space in these units are assigned
by the bedroom and occupancy is limited to two people, one per bedroom.
Occupants are required to be an enrolled University student or an employee
of the University.

**The University reserves the right, upon 30 days notice to tenants, to increase rental, damage, and/or other related charges. Apartment rates may be adjusted quarterly during the contract period to compensate for any changes in utility consumption and/or costs.
