UW College of Arts and Sciences Names 2004 Outstanding Graduates |

May 27, 2004 -- The University of Wyoming College of Arts and Sciences has selected its top 20 graduating seniors for 2004.
Each year, the college's Scholarship Committee selects the outstanding graduates from among top students nominated by their advisers and instructors. The scholarship committee comprises faculty members from each of the college's divisions. Committee members are: Associate Dean Henry Bauer, Susanna Goodin (interdisciplinary studies), Paul Heller (physical sciences), Stephen Herbert (biological sciences), Pamela Innes (social sciences), G. Eric Moorhouse (mathematical sciences), Harold Neemann (humanities) and Lou Anne Wright (fine arts).
Students honored are:
CASPER -- Ryan Harkins, mathematics.
CHEYENNE -- Travis Helm, chemistry; Keeya Jeffrey, English; and Desiree Wilson Liverseidge, zoology and physiology.
DAPHNE, ALA. -- Jennifer Hancock, journalism.
EVANSTON -- Kenna Matthews, psychology.
GREEN RIVER -- Tersa Johnston-Stokes, Spanish.
LANDER -- Jessamy Loyd, French.
LARAMIE -- Andrew Anderson-Sprecher, international studies emphasizing East Asian cultures; Leif Cawley, cultural anthropology; Melody Durrett, biology; and Tim Schoessler, music performance.
LITTLETON, COLO. -- Jamie Burge, anthropology.
LIVERMORE, COLO. -- Michelle Fitzpatrick, communication.
LOVELAND, COLO. -- Jon McNeely, history, and Rachel Schmidt, botany.
RAWLINS -- Darci Nation, criminal justice.
