June 10, 2004 -- Graduates of the University of Wyoming Honors Program are honoring Wyoming teachers who have influenced their academic success.

The honorees were selected as the "pre-college teacher who was especially memorable as an influence on intellectual development or choice of career." The teachers were recognized at UW's recent 114th commencement. Each received a certificate for, "the positive influence you have had in shaping tomorrow's leader" and a letter of appreciation from Duncan Harris, UW Honors Program director.
