The APA accredited Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program emphasizes a scientist-practitioner training model. Faculty research interest include adult and child psychopathology, health psychology.

In the Experimental Psychology Ph.D. program, students select a primary area of study that provides the focus for coursework and research activities. Primary areas of study include Developmental, Social, Biological, and Cognitive Psychology.

Secondary areas of concentration, which are open to both Experimental and Clinical students, include Emotion and Psychology and Law.

Most graduate students in Psychology earn the Master's degree as part of their Ph.D. program. Students who are interested in completing only the Master's degree are typically not admitted.
