Research Interests:
My research interests focus on developing primary prevention programs, especially in relation to HIV/AIDS infections among high risk groups.  I have developed an Internet prevention program for rural Gay men and I am currently completing a project that looks at HIV risk among rural methamphetamine users.  I also have international interests that include examining drug use and its relation to HIV infection in Africa.  My behavioral medicine research interests include issues of Maternal Mortality in Tanzania.
