Thank you for the privilege of attending the High School Summer Institute. I enjoyed the experience and meeting new people. I learned a lot in my classes and a lot about college in general. I feel that this experience has broadened my knowledge that will be invaluable when I attend college. Thanks again.

My husband and I just want to thank you for making the UW Summer High School Institute 2001, in our son’s words, “the best experience I have ever had In my life.”

Our son, was a little apprehensive when we dropped him off, but when we picked him up three weeks later, it was an entirely different story. It was such an emotional departure—he truly did not want to come home.

No other experience in his life has had such a powerful impact. We have had the pleasure of seeing how he grew tremendously in three weeks under the tutelage of the incredible folks at the High School Institute. The development of critical thinking skills and the exposure to learning that he had never before had the opportunity to take advantage of provided incredible exposure to new things. Additionally, the friendships he made are very much part of his treasured memories.

Thank you once again for all you have done to make the Summer High School Institute such a success!! Just when I thought the program was all over, I got a very pleasant surprise in the mail! Thank you for the video and memory book!
