Forms

Property Office information such as PDR's and other forms internal to UW have been moved to the Property Channel in WyoWeb.  You can add the Property Office Channel to any of your WyoWeb tabbed pages by logging on to WyoWeb, selecting the My Workspace or other tab, selecting the Content/Layout tab in the upper left hand corner, and finally picking the Property Office channel from the Employees list.

Sales Tax Exemption Form & Instructions

We have been made aware that people are having troubles getting our forms off of WYO Web, so here are the exact steps.  One thing that I have noticed is that you can not use the UW Online Forms listing.  You need to physically make a channel to Property Office.

1.  Log into Wyo Web

2.  Click on My Workplace tab

3.  Go up to top left corner and click on the Content/Layout Link

4.  Click on the My Workplace tab again

5.  Select any of the Add Channel buttons in which you would like the Channel to show up.

6.  Select Employee from the drop down menu and press go

7.  Find and click on the Property Office option.  Then hit Add Channel.

8.  Leave everything on this page the same and hit finished.

9.  Finally go back up to the top left corner and re-click on the My Workplace link.  It should be in the same place as the Content/Layout Link and should be in purple.

You should now have a Property Channel and be able to click on and see our forms.  I hope this helps and if there are any further questions please call.
