- A student who is obtaining a bachelor's degree but at the same time working on prerequisite coursework to apply to professional school.
- A student who actively researches the professional schools and is acquiring the requirements necessary to apply.
- A student who is seeking knowledge about the occupation of choice by shadowing professionals, volunteering, or working in the area.
- A student who gets involved in activities of choice and plays
leadership roles in those chosen activities.
