Mechanical & Structural Trades

 

Mechanical Trades is comprised of a Senior Manager, the Electrical Shop, the Plumbing Shop, and the Controls Shop.  Structural Trades is comprised of a Senior Manager, the Carpentry Shop, and the Paint Shop.  These trades handle repair calls for everything on campus from air conditioning to welding.  The crafts represented in the trades include control specialists, carpenters, electricians, locksmiths, masons, painters, plumbers, pool maintainers, upholsterers and welders.  These craftspeople handle repair calls and routine maintenance for reimbursable and non-reimbursable entities on campus.
