Service Desk Operations

The Physical Plant Service Desk receives and processes all campus work requests for University of Wyoming facilities maintenance and repair. Please use one of the following methods to contact the Service Desk regarding maintenance and repair of campus facilities. Key Cutting requests must be submitted to the Service Desk on department letterhead signed by the dean, director, or department head.

Emergency Contact Procedures

If there is a security issue, please contact the UW Police Department at 307-766-5188 or dial 911.

After Hours

Calls received after hours and on weekends are answered by the Central Energy Plant, who will contact the on-call technician to respond to requests requiring immediate attention.

Elevator Emergencies

Elevators are maintained by Kone and the on-call elevator technician can be contacted at 307-760-5878.
