Preventive Maintenance

 

The Preventive Maintenance Department consists of a manager, an assistant manager and six preventive maintenance technicians.  This department inspects, services and repairs the equipment associated with the mechanical and plumbing systems in the buildings.  The technicians also service fume hoods, deionized water treatment and soft water systems originally provided with the buildings.  Replacement of light bulbs above the height of eight feet is also the responsibility of the department.
