Computing Services

Physical Plant Computing Services manages the Physical Plant Work Order System and provides advanced technical support and training to the Physical Plant. The Physical Plant currently uses FacilityMAX, a web-based computerized maintenance management system from Maximus, Inc.

The Physical Plant Work Order System can be accessed online from campus computers, and training is provided to Physical Plant customers who wish to obtain access to the Work Order System. Authorized users can enter Customer Requests and Material Requests directly into the Work Order System and can monitor the status of and review the costs of their work requests and projects.
