Accounting Office

The Accounting Office of the Business Services unit is staffed with five full-time benefited employees and one student employee. This office is responsible for the financial and personnel activities of the Physical Plant which includes human resource management, time card reporting, procurement and payment of goods and services, monthly customer billings, and payment of utility services and reimbursable utility billings. The Physical Plant Accounting Office is located in the Service Building and is available during normal University working hours to answer questions relating to the financial and personnel operations of the Physical Plant.
