The University Of Wyoming School Of Pharmacy only accepts applications through the centralized application service PharmCAS (www.PharmCAS.org). Our application deadline is January 4, 2008, however students are strongly encouraged to complete their application and submit it to PharmCAS no later than December 1, 2007, in order to facilitate processing at the university level. It is the student's responsibility to check up on their application with PharmCAS and make sure it's sent to the University of Wyoming in a timely manner. We require the Pharmacy College Admission Test or PCAT and do not accept the January 2008 test for this application period. October 2007 is the last eligible test for our admission process. It is the student's responsibility to check on their PCAT scores and make sure that PharmCAS receives them in a timely manner. The student is required to obtain a maximum of 2 letters of recommendation that come from a professor, employer, or health care professional, we do not accept letters from family, friends or clergy. There is no need to submit more than 2 letters as only 2 letters will go to committee. All application material should be sent to PharmCAS, any material sent directly to the University of Wyoming, unless directly requested, will be disposed of. We do not require a supplemental application. Students should note that all admissions correspondence including acceptance and denial letters will be through email.
