The Payroll Office at the University of Wyoming processes payroll for approximately 5,500 faculty, staff & student employees per month. Our staff is committed to providing timely and accurate information to the University family. We are happy to assist employees and departments with the processing of HR/Payroll forms, supplemental retirement contributions, direct deposits, W4's, and much more.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the academic year, and 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during the summer.
