Want to keep the same email address regardless of provider!

Permanent email or email forwarding allows you to keep the same address (JohnDoe@cowboys.uwyo.edu) and have it forwarded to any provider you specify, i.e. Hotmail, MSN, or Yahoo account.

It’s simple to sign up. Just email us at foundation@uwyo.edu and include the following information:

Send an email to foundation@uwyo.edu be sure the email includes the following information:

• Your full name (John L. Doe)
• Your current email provider (JD@Yahoo.com)
• Three user name choices (in order of preference)

1) JohnDoe@cowboys.uwyo.edu
2) JD@cowboys.uwyo.edu 
3) JohnD@cowboys.uwyo.edu

Once your account has been created, all email sent to your cowboys.uwyo.edu email address will be forwarded to you current email provider.  If you switch providers simply send an email to foundation@uwyo.edu and include your full name and new email provider.
