Submit proof of RN licensure

• You are required to have a current, active, unencumbered RN license through the State of Wyoming. In addition, you are also required to have RN licensure for the state in which you will be doing your clinical/practicum experiences (if other than Wyoming). Please send in a copy of your current licensure to the address noted in the Student Policies & Requirements main page. Updated verification must be submitted prior to expiration of licensure on record with our office.
