Advising Appointment:

  • Advising Week for Summer, Fall 2008: March 24 - 28, 2008.

  • Registration for Summer, Fall 2008 begins March 31, 2008.

  • Additional advising appointments may be offered in the week(s) following the UW scheduled Advising Week.

  • Graduate advisors conduct their advising with the students through various means.

    • In person - contact your advisor (in advance) to set-up an advising appointment.

    • Email - correspond with your advisor through email for your advising needs.

    • Phone - call your advisor for your advising needs

    • Please adhere to the advising week unless prior arrangements are made with your advisor.

MS - Advisor Assignments

Students admitted to the graduate nursing program are assigned an advisor based on the option in which they are pursuing their MS degree. (EDUC, FNP, PMHNP, ECD) or Certificate Program (NSED, FMNP, PMHN).

How do I find out who my advisor is?

Upon admittance to the University of Wyoming, you will be assigned a nursing faculty member for your academic advisor. Your advisor assignment will be identified in your letter of offer from the School of Nursing.
