Note: Make motel reservations well in advance (late summer/early fall) as motels both locally and in the surrounding area fill up quickly.

All graduating students are asked to complete the following forms, regardless of ceremony participation status.

Commencement/Convocation Form
Must submit by March 24, 2008
Convocation Information Card / (BSN Form) / (MS Form)

Must submit by May 8, 2008.

College of Health Sciences (CHS) Commencement
May 10, 2008 from 8:30-11:00 a.m. in the Arena Auditorium
Students are required to wear academic regalia at this ceremony.

Fay W. Whitney School of Nursing (SoN) Convocation
May 10, 2008 from 1:30 - 3:00 in the Fine Arts Center Concert Hall
All graduates of the School of Nursing are invited to participate, and their families and friends may attend. School of Nursing pins are presented, awards given, and the class composite is presented.

Sigma Theta Tau (STT) Induction Banquet
held Friday evening of graduation weekend. (Refer to Nursing Organizations section in the School of Nursing Student Handbooks for details regarding eligibility criteria.)

- Time: 5:30pm Social Time, cash bar / 6:00 Dinner / 7:00 Induction Program
- Place: Hilton Garden Inn.
Distinguished Alumni
An award is presented to the recipient at the School of Nursing Convocation, and the recipient is also recognized at the Sigma Theta Tau Banquet.
President's Picnic
All University of Wyoming graduates and their guests are invited to the picnic hosted by the University president in the Arena Auditorium Concourse from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, immediately following the College of Health Sciences ceremony.
