NOTE: Make motel reservations well in advance (late summer/early fall) as motels both locally and in the surrounding area fill up quickly.

General Information:

• The Fay W. Whitney School of Nursing Convocation Ceremony will be held in the Fine Arts Center Concert Hall at 1:30 pm

• Graduates are asked to line up in theatre across the lobby from the concert hall at 1:00 pm

• Graduates, you should not bring coats, purses, or other possessions into the ceremony - please give those items to family members / friends to hold during the ceremony.

Dress Code:

• You should wear nice, modest, "Sunday best" attire. Do not wear your cap and gown for this ceremony. No shorts or jeans, please!
