The College of Health Sciences Commencement
Ceremony will be held in the Arena Auditorium (family and friends
assemble there)

The Arena Auditorium has unlimited seating for
your family and friends, no tickets are required.

Once inside the Auditorium, guests should enter
through portals 7-13 for the best seating. Ushers will be available
to assist.

There is wheelchair access at all portals and
handicap parking is available on the east side of the Arena
Auditorium.

Graduates are asked to line up in the
Multi-Purpose Gym (MPG) – arrive no later than 8:15 am.

You will be asked to fill out a card with your
name and hometown and then join the other students in your degree
program.

Graduates will line up for the procession in
groups according to majors.

Graduates, you should not bring coats, purses, or
other possessions into the MPG, since we will not return to this room
after the ceremony, and the room will be unattended during the
ceremony.
Dress Code:
-
You should wear your cap and gown. If you are a
master’s degree candidate or a Pharm.D. student, you will carry your
hood.

You may wear any Honor Cords received (i.e. Sigma
Theta Tau)
