• Clinical Coordinator - July, 1997 to September, 1997 - State of Wyoming, Department of Health, Division of Preventive Medicine, Cheyenne, WY - full-time - coordinate and facilitate individual physician's enrollment with CDC grant program for women's health statewide, coordinate and facilitate radiology and laboratory facilities participation with CDC grant program statewide, policies and procedures for CDC program, effective communication on local, state and federal level.

• Adjunct Faculty - Clinical instructor - January 1992 to January, 1996 - LCCC School of Nursing, Cheyenne, WY - half time - direct and supervise learning experiences and goal attainment for student nurses, evaluate growth of students, contributed to school of nursing curriculum development and attainment of accreditation.
• Supervisor - March, 1993 to July, 1993 - United Medical Center, Cheyenne, WY - full-time - supervise and direct hospital staff to ensure optimal patient care and functioning of hospital services for an eight or twelve hour shift.
• Clinical Nurse Manager - December, 1991 to March, 1993 - DePaul Hospital, Cheyenne, WY - full-time - 33 bed medical/cardiac unit, direct and coordinate patient care, supervise, hire, fire and evaluate staff members, scheduling, provide input and utilization of budgetary process, assist with complying with regulatory agencies, facilitate continuing education (formal and informal) of all staff members, maintenance of quality-oriented, cost-efficient unit, effective communication with patients, staff, visitors, and physicians. Transferred to supervisor position due to merger of hospital.

Cheyenne, WY - full-time - responsible for efficient, effective education activities to include supervision of staff for Patient Education, Diabetic Education, Infection Control, and Continuing Education.
