Important Notes: 

• Before submitting a request for a date and time, check with your studio professor to inquire about available dates.  This will avoid submission of a request that cannot be approved because the hall is already reserved.
   

• Student recital times are 7:00 to 8:15 p.m. and 8:30 to 10:00 p.m. On weekends they may also be scheduled 1:00 – 2:45, 3:00 – 4:45, and 5:00 – 6:45 p.m.
   

• It is the responsibility of the person reserving the hall to contact the Stage Technicians and inform them of what equipment will be needed.  You may reach them at 307.766.3963.
