Originally from Allentown, PA, Connie received her Bachelor of Music Education from UW.  She has done additional graduate work here as well.  Her undergraduate emphasis was in violin with graduate work in piano.  She has taught music courses in Albuquerque, NM, Laramie, WY, and Orchestra classes in Cheyenne, WY where she began the harp program in the public schools in 1981.

Connie began her study of harp in 1975 with Suzann Davids, currently of Elkhart, IN.  Connie performs regularly with the UW Symphony Orchestra and the Wyoming Symphony.  She and her husband, Jack, who plays the violin, perform at all types of functions.  Connie has also directed music camp orchestras, string clinics, and worked with Wyoming Ambassadors of Music.  Her current memberships include MENC, CTEA, ASTA and the American Harp Society.
