Defender Aid Clinic Students Appear in Federal Court

Professor of Law and Director of the Defender Aid Clinic Diane E. Courselle and her clinic students recently appeared before the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming. Third-year law students Cody Weagant and John-Mark Roufs argued a petition for habeas corpus. After the court appearance, "the Honorable Alan B. Johnson was kind enough to suspend the rules and let us take some pictures in the courtroom," says Professor Courselle.
