Edward has been with the College of Law since May 1, 2006. In his position, Edward provides technology (hardware, software and programming) support to Law School, classrooms and students. He also acts as liaison between Law School and Information Technology and the College's Technology providers.

Originally from Rwanda, Edward studied five years in Beijing (P.R.China) and worked there as System Administration Engineer for three years before coming to Wyoming for his Master's in Computer Science.
