Denise Burke has been the Assistant Dean for the University of Wyoming, College of Law and a Lecturer since 2003.  She was a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wyoming from 1993 - 2003.  The Director of the Wyoming Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney,  Denise served on the Executive Board of the National Association of Medicaid Fraud Control Units and represented the Wyoming Department of Health and Department of Family Services.

 

Research Interests:
Her research and writing has focused on education law and health law issues.
