Burke has been the University of Wyoming College of Law Assistant Dean and a Professor since 2003. Senior Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wyoming 1993-2003. Director of the Wyoming Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. Served on Executive Board of the National Association of Medicaid Fraud Control Units. Represented the Wyoming Department of Health and Department of Family Services. Research and writing focused on education law issues and health law. High school English and Drama teacher 1979-1990. Director of Cheyenne Little Theatre’s production of Always, Patsy Cline 2003. COURSES: Health Care Law Seminar.
