Professor Lynne Boomgaarden is currently on leave as the Director of State Lands and Investments for the State of Wyoming appointed by Governor Freudenthal in January of 2003. Before accepting her appointment, she taught Agricultural Law, Legal Writing, Mining Law, and Oil & Gas Law.
